Common Questions, Answered

Q: What can I expect from the Polish Heritage Mint in terms of satisfaction and service?

With our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we are proud to say that we have had no unhappy collectors since 2020. As a collector with the Polish Heritage Mint, you can expect the finest quality products, complete with essential collector documentation such as certificates of authenticity and guarantee.

We are committed to providing exceptional service and customer support in both English and Polish throughout your experience with us. Though based in the U.S.A. and currently serving Polish communities in the U.S.A. and Canada, we are swiftly expanding to meet the demand of collectors worldwide without compromising our exacting quality standards.

Q: What is included and how should I handle my items?

We ensure that each item comes complete with essential collector documentation and accessories. Your purchase will be delivered in a high-quality collector's box, along with a protective capsule that features an inner ring for added anti-wear protection.

It is crucial that you do not remove the item from the protective capsule at any time. Proof surfaces on triple fine silver are more susceptible to damage compared to business or uncirculated bullion coins. Any attempts to remove dust or clean the item may result in permanent damage to the surface and will void the warranty.

Q: Do you offer returns?

Yes, rest assured with our Easy, No Questions Asked Returns, if you are not 100% happy with a purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if available) or a full refund whichever you prefer.

The Polish Heritage Mint, L.L.C. is registered in New York State, and your purchase is covered by the relevant state and federal laws. Likewise, if we ship to Poland, the same applies. Please contact us here.

Q: What is Proof Quality?

The term proof denotes a method of manufacture, not a grade. Proof coins and medals are made with special care, exclusively for collectors or investors and not struck for general circulation. Generally, proof coins are struck on specially selected and polished planchets using polished dies. Usually, they are made a slower moving press or struck more than once. Most proof coins and medals are brilliant, with a mirror surface.

As a consequence, proof coins often command premiums of 2-7 times higher compared to their less refined counterparts, such as uncirculated or business strike coins. Prices for proof-quality .999 silver proof coins vary between $50 and $200, contingent on mintage limits.

Q: Is there a guarantee for the products I purchase?

Yes, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of our products. Each 1 oz 999 Silver Proof Strike item comes with an exclusive Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the craftsmanship and legitimacy of your purchase. We adhere to traditional minting techniques to maintain the highest standards. Be sure to keep the certificate safe for future reference.

Q: What is .999 Fine Silver (Triple Fine)?

All releases from The Polish Heritage Mint are crafted using the finest .999 (Triple Fine) silver—the highest quality available for coinage, collectibles, and bullion coins.

Triple fine silver, also known as .999 fine silver, refers to a very high level of purity in silver bullion or commemorative coinage. It consists of 99.9% pure silver. Such degree of purity ensures a highly refined product, making it desirable for collectors and investors. There are other silver grades used in coinage:

  1. Sterling Silver (.925): This alloy contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. It has been widely used for coins, jewelry, and silverware.

  2. Coin Silver (.900): Also known as "90% silver" or "junk silver," this grade is composed of 90% silver and 10% other metals. Many older US coins, such as dimes, quarters, and half dollars minted before 1965, used this alloy.

  3. Britannia Silver (.958): This silver grade contains 95.8% silver and 4.2% other metals. It was originally used for British silver coins and is still used for some commemorative and bullion coins.

  4. 80% Silver (.800): This grade consists of 80% silver and 20% other metals. It has been used in various countries for circulating coins and commemorative issues.

Q: What is a mintage limit and a low mintage limit?

Mintage refers to the number of coins or medals of a particular date struck at a given mint during a specific year. Some numismatic items are released in controlled low mintage or limitation as certified by the Certificate of Authenticity.

When we say low mintage we guarantee not a single piece over the mintage will ever be struck.

Q: What sets your products apart from others?

At The Polish Heritage Mint, our products boast distinctive features and exceptional attention to detail. Key characteristics include selective 24-karat gold ennoblement and an impressive 45 mm diameter. We stand out from the crowd by offering genuinely low mintage limits, such as 5,000, and delivering timeless beauty and elegance in an easily accessible package. There is no substitute for the simple elegance of .999 silver, which is tastefully accentuated with 24-karat gold. The larger 45 mm canvas further enhances the appeal, making our products a favorite among collectors of all ages who can truly appreciate the difference.

We operate out of the USA and we are committed to offering the highest level of customer service, ensuring fast and reliable deliveries, and being readily available to address your needs.

At The Polish Heritage Mint we take the security of our customers' personal and financial information very seriously. We understand the importance of trust when it comes to online transactions, which is why we have implemented the following secure payments policy to ensure the safety of our customers' information.

Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure the protection of sensitive information.

Payment Processing: All payment processing is performed by trusted third-party payment processors, ensuring that sensitive information is not stored on our servers. Our payment processors are fully PCI DSS compliant, which is the highest level of security for online payment processing.

Subscription Payments Processing: During checkout, you will be asked to provide explicit consent for us to charge your card up to the specified amount at the agreed frequency by checking a box. Q: Where do you ship from, and what is the shipping time?

We ship from Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Generally, 99% of all orders ship same or next day and take within 4 to 5 business days to deliver. However, please allow for slightly longer shipping times to Florida and the West Coast.

Q: Can I order to Canada?

Absolutely! We're proud to have been serving our Canadian collectors since our first order was delivered to Vancouver, B.C. in 2020.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we've arranged for our Canadian customers to pay the Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) at checkout. This means your order will be delivered duty paid, eliminating any additional hassle and the need for further payments upon receipt of your order.

During checkout, you will see a detailed breakdown of the shipping cost and the GST/HST. However, on your invoice, the "shipping" line combines both the shipping cost and the GST/HST. If the shipping costs for your order have been covered by The Polish Heritage Mint, the "shipping" line on your invoice will only refer to the GST/HST. We understand this may be confusing, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Typically, most orders destined for Canada arrive within 10-14 business days. For detailed tracking information, please refer to the shipping confirmation email you will receive once your order has been placed.

Q: Where do you ship? Do you ship to Poland?

The Polish Heritage Mint is now open to Polish communities around the world, including in, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia and Poland, and more. Save more by paying in your currency (CAD, GBP, €, AUD, PLN). To update your currency at checkout please choose your country from the list.
